What Causes Frequent Nipple Discharge And Sore Tender Breasts?

hi doc, im a woman of 22 years of age i had my abortion of my first pregnancy about 1 year ago...since then i am facing some problems my abortion was done at 5weeks 5days and at that time only my breast where leaking out a milky secretion and now also before every menturation i have the same thing 3 to 4 days before mensturation my breast starts leaking that same type of milky secretion and become very painful and some times there is a burning sensetion during sex or when it is beng sucked which is intolerable i think i have developed lumps in it(as far my examination by pressing and feeling my breast) i am afraid that i develop a breast cancer or some thing dangerous...please help me it will be good if u give me ur address and i wana meet personally and have a check up.
