What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeds?

I almost never have a nose bleeding before. However, everr ince I came back from skling in Vermont (12/26/10), I have had nose bleeding almost every day, sometimes twice a day. Anytime I blow my nose, it is with blood. I am 50. What could it be? should I see my doctor.
