What Causes Frequent Nosebleeds?

My 13 year old little sister hase frequent nosebleeds (almost daily), she coughed up blood once, and now she has no appettite. She also developed asthma about a year ago, but I don't know if that's related. She coughs if she breaths through her mouth.
