What Causes Frequent Skin Allergy In My Finger Tips?

i am having skin allergy on tips of right hand fingers. i have consulted many doctors and they told that contact dermititis and to avoid detergents. even after avoiding all i'm getting allergy. can you please tel me the reasons they this is repeating?
