What Causes Frequent Spotting After Abortion?

Hi, My name is Diamond Martin and I had an abortion last month. Well since my abortion i have been spotting on and off after the hevy bleeding. I have just noticed in the last week that when I have bowel movements sometimes when i wipe i see bright red blood. This is only after the first wipe though. I was wondering if it was comming from me spooting from the vigna, if it was possibly running to my anal and when i wipe it appears? What could be going on?
