What Causes Frequent Spotting In Between Periods?

At the beginning of the month(Junie 3rd) I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend a few days after my period went off. The next week I had a doctors appointment(June 10th) to get colposcopy & those results were normal, after that procedure was done I spotted for 10 days(June 10th-19th) straight(I was also ovulating during the time and I usually spot for 2 days max). With the spotting I had cramping, fatigue, bad headaches, bad breast pains, and really bad back pains(i never have that during ovulation spotting). When the spotting finally stopped(June 20th) I just had headaches and fatigue(which I am having right now). Also, my appetite has increased. I had spotting again yesterday(which was June 24) and today(June 25), my period is supposed to come on next week sometime(30-35 day cycle). Could all this just be a weird period or could I be pregnant?
