What Causes Frequent Tingling Sensation At The Back Of Neck With Sharp Headaches?

Hi, I've been getting a tingling/fizzing sensation up the back of my neck for about 18 months now and it has been getting more frequent over recent months approx 10-20 times a day. It doesnt hurt its just a really strange sensation. It seems to be worse at night or in the morning when Im lying down. I also get the odd sharpe headache about 3 times a week and ive been feeling really tired and constanlty yawning for a few months now.
