What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate And Blood In Stool?

Hi,I find that I need to urinate a lot more frequently,and notice I need to get up to go a few times during the night.I am not pregnant.I find that I get very uncomfortable sleeping on my right side and usually have to sleep on my left side.I sometimes get a pain on my upper left abdomen and recently noticed bright red blood in stool.sometimes it is sore and uncomfortable when I have sex but not always.a year ago I had an ectopic pregnancy that burst and had to have emergency surgery and the left fallopian tube was removed,I thought I should mention that in case there is a connection.Thanks
