What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate During Menopause?

I m having a frequent urge to urinate, but not much comes out, there is pressure after I do go and just a few minutes ago I had some blood on the toilet tissue. I am 57 and am well into menopause. I have chills but do not have a thermomitor here with me. Should I go to urgent care? e-mail is YYYY@YYYY
