What Causes Frequent Uriantion With Pungent Rubber Smell?

I am 36. Excercise daily high impact at home cardio. The past year i notice i urinate much more. A lot every time. At work from 8-12 probably like 5-6 times. In the last month has pungent rubber smell. Seems i leak more. Last six months i have protein shakes for lunch twice a week
