What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Dryness In Mouth?

My husband has started having excessive dry mouth and frequent urination and excessive thirst.. He has lost 15 lbs in about three weeks. Has a lost of appetite and complains of head feeling heavy on shoulders and a weakness. He is on several different types of medication for myasthenia gravis and three types of chlorestal and heart medication. Can you help?
