What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Pain In In Stomach?

Hi. I have frequent urination, dull pain on my right side around stomach area, and an ammonia like smell coming from my urine. When I urine, it is not cloudy or bright yellow, it is clear when frequently urinating. When I am not going frequently it is a normal yellow. I am also very tired at times, it comes on suddenly.
Help?
