What Causes Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine After Intercourse?

Hi I am 49and been on premique for 13 months I was still having periods at the time .the last few months I have frequent urination especially at night bleeding after intercourse an blood in urine but not all the time also lower back pain please help I feel so unwell.
