What Causes Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine?

Hi, im worried i've been with the same guy for over a year and every once in a couple months (sometimes sooner) i get this terrible "i have to pee sensation" constantly or like every not even ten mins.. and then only a little comes out and it hurts.. then when i wipe and look on the TP its got a redish pinkish tinted stuff that comes out.. i dont understand and im very clean with my "area"..the other day he was about to take a shower and before i felt this i noticed his urine was foggy,.. does that mean he gives me the infection or whatever. please and thanks, your answers would be very helpful : )
