What Causes Frequent Urination And Breast/back Pain While Having PCOS?

Hello, I am 24 yrs. old and I have pcos. I havent had a period in 4 months. I don't have regular periods, which is common for me. However for the last couple of weeks, I have had horrible breast pains, frequent urination, some cramping in my lower back area, and have been getting nauscious off and on throughout the day, with occasional vomiting. I'm not sure what to think. Can you possibly provide me with some answers? I know all the signs point to pregnancy, but because I have pcos are these symptoms related to that?
