What Causes Frequent Urination And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hello I've been doctoring for months now with bunch of symptoms constant urination problems like I always have to go and leakage after I do go I also have bowel leakage some times my legs feel weak at some points I'm 24 also have erectile disfunction feel like my memory is off and I'm just not same person I use to be I've gotten lots of blood work done mris on my brain spine and neck and a lumbar puncture that all suposidly come back negative I really feel like it's ppms but my nuerolgist says no what else could it be then
