What Causes Frequent Urination And Itching Around Vaginal Opening?

Hi. I have been experiencing itching around vaginal opening and bumps right underneath the opening. Also I have frequent urination and often slight pain in bladder area while using the restroom. This has gone on for about 5 days now. I have taken AZOs and those seem to help some but it is worse at night. What could this be?
