What Causes Frequent Urination And Mood Swings Post NovaSure Ablation Procedure?

I am 23 years old. I had my tubes tied September 2013 and had a NovaSure ablation in November 2013. I havent had a period since my ablation. Recently Ive been having symptoms of pregnancy: tender breasts, frequent urination, mood swings. Could I be pregnant, if so, what risks am I looking at for my would be unborn child and myself?
