What Causes Frequent Urination And Sore Breast?

hi ive been having symptoms of freuqent urination sore breasts and im always hungry also my skin just cleared up so fast im 20 years old and my period has been regular for years now until recently ... i had pretected sex a month ago and i got my period afterwards but it was different then usual it was a week early lasted four days started off brown then heavy flow then vanished usually its 7 days long so i was a little worried i took a pregnancy test maybe two weeks after intercourse and it came out negative ... i dnt know why ive been feeling this way .. also ive been exercising lately and have been stressed out could this be the reason ?
