What Causes Frequent Urination And Testicle Sensitivity?

Hi I have recently (within the past week) begun to experience more frequent urination and testicle sensitivity. While I have no pain or discharge in the urethra, I do have a strange sensation like a tingling towards the head of the penis. I also have no problem with urination, no stinging sensation but I do feel pressure on my bladder more than usual. I am also sexually active and had sex last one week ago. Any suggestions as to what this may be? Also the tingling sensation is not constant. It goes away and comes back but I've only noticed it for the past couple days. I don't know if this is related but i'm also taking suppositories for internal hemmoroids but not sure if this is a factor for the strange feeling in my testicles and urethra. Thanks
