What Causes Frequent Urination, Pressure And Bloating In Lower Abdomen?

So basically I have pressure in my lower abdomen I'm urinating 5x more than usual,I took two pregnancy test I'm not pregnant,I have no pain associated with the pressure /bloating my urine is clear and has no smell and it doesn't burn when I micturate....but the pressure is alarming enough for me to be concerned
