What Causes Frequent Urination While Having Controlled Diabetes?

Dear sir, I m of about 72 years and I have come to Australia on visit visa and residing in Canberra for the last two months. .for the last one month I have been suffering from excessive/frequent urine problems without any apparent reasons. so much so it has become difficult for me to hold urine. I am diabetic for the last 10 years but it is always under control.Please advise
