What Causes Frequent Urination With Blood Post Hip Replacement Surgery?

My husband had prostrate cancel 10 years ago. He is 74. He is urinating every 15 minutes with blood in it. It is very painful. He had a new hip three weeks ago. I don t want to worry him so I am trying to find out about it first. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
