What Causes Frequent Urination With History Of Kidney Infection?

Hello, I am a 40 yr old female, I am currently having frequent urination, but no pain and no burning with it. No fevers as I am aware of, but just started today. I was in the hospital in Nov for 3 weeks with Kidney infection and stone (this is the exact same symptom that started all that the last time)...any advice?
