What Causes Frequent Urination?

On my 6th day of macrobid for a uti. It seemed to clear up but then I noticed I was urinating very frequently again yesterday and today. The color is almost clear. I have not drank any more than usual. What should I do? Could it be a bladder or kidney infection and not a uti?
