What Causes Frequent Urination?

It started off with frequent urination totally out of the blue wen to the docs who said I had protein in my urine so put me on 3 day antibiotic course day 2 was feeling worse has the shakes and kept feeling wet down below and urge to go went back up docs who took bloods and swabs no sign of prolapse or leakage but tonight I've been wide awake with the shakes again and frequent urination what could it be ?
