What Causes Frequent Urination,erectile Dysfunction And Dizziness?

I have frequent urination,dizzy spells,dry mouth,at times lose an erection,lowered libido,. I also have insomnia,feel tired constantly,and about 5 months ago had lower abdominal pain. I am a 31 year old male,not overweight and have had blood work and a MRI scan,nothing s been diagnosed.
