What Causes Frequent Urination,swelling Of Abdomen And Bright Yellowish Vomiting?

Hi im almost 32 year old female.i have what i thought was a uti feeling like i have to pee all every 5 mins then progressed in the past couple days to my entire abdomen area swollen and sore to the touch and mybliwer back is in pain and now am vomiting bright yellow and red. Any clue what it could be?
