What Causes Frequent Vomiting After A Heart Stroke?

Hi, my mom age around 47yrs is a heart patient recently in Feb 2017 got minor heart stroke. Doctors did angiogram test and most of the veins got thin and not suggested either surgery or a stent. She is been given medicines, but she is regularly having vomitings. though they have changed the medicines still it is not rectified. Please let me know how to avoid this and how she will be healthy. She is a diabetic from last 10yrs.
