What Causes Frequent Vomitings In An Infant?

My one year old grandson has been plauged with frequent vomiting all of his life. As he grow older, the worse the vomiting get. It is to the point now he vomits very frequently. He can hardly eat anything without vomitint. We give him small pinches of bread .he is unable to eat anything. Please help.
