What Causes Frequent Watery Diarrhea And Vomiting Sensation?

My diahrrea is very watery and sprays when it comes. It happens every 5-10mins unless I am unconcious yet when I wake up I feel the need to go, bad. When I'm not using the bathroom for number two, I feel very nausous and when I stand I feel like throwing up. This has been going on for 3 days. Can someone please find me a cause and a cure, I've missed school because of it.
