What Causes Galactorrhoea?

hi i am 19 years old! I had a baby almost 1 year ago and i never breastfed her..my milk dried up but now its back! i am on the depo shot and i had sex right before my next shot was due and i was on my period! i also feel flutters in my stomach! could i be pregnant?
