What Causes Gargling Sound In Stomach On Drinking Water?

For the past 2weeks I have been feeling discomfort in my stomach. Immediately after eating and I drink water I feel like purging. I took ciprotab for 10days(morning and night). This is a week since I finished the dose..now the symptom is back again. When I drink after eating my stomach start making noise making me feel like I want to purge..pls help
