What Causes Gas, Bloating And Discomfort In Stomach?

what should i do ? i have excessive amount of gas in my stomach and sometimes there is pain after my meals,mostly at night.sometimes my stomach feels like its full.my stool is normal in color no visible blood or anything.i have been ignoring these symptoms for almost 2 months.
