What Causes Gas Discharge From The Vagina?

Ok, I have been having these vaginal bubbles almost like farts that have a sort of foul smell to it and has been going on for months. I wen to the doc and hve no gonnorhea or chlamydia or uti or anything. This will happen just standing around and every time I go pee....followed with a jelly like discharge. What is this and why isn't it going away?
