What Causes Gastric, Acidity And Abdominal Distension?

hi, this is b.k.thakur, 40, from india. i have problem of severe gas and acidity. every morning when i get up i feel fine. but as the day progresses, especially after noon and more so after walking i feel distension of my belly followed by severe pain. what can be the reason?
