What Causes Gastritis And High Uric Acid Level After Piles Surgery?

Hi I have recently went under kshar sutra piles operation which is fine now . Currently I have gastritis (acid reflux ) cholestrol and high uric acid . Doctor had prescribed cintodac and zyloric for 6 months is it good enough or do I need to change my medication please advice me
