What Causes Genital Sore And Mouth Ulcers?

Doctor, am 24 years old and i don't have sexual relations (not even once) and am having genital sores and mouth ulcers, the genital sores always preceed menstruation and only when am stressed but i always complain of mouth ulcers (may be up to 7 ulcers together)
