What Causes Genital Warts During Pregnancy?

when i was about 12 weeks preg i started to get warts all over that area i am now 34 weeks preg and i just switched docs if i tell my doc that i have warts and they see then do you think they will give me a c section so they dont get passed on to the baby and why did they come when i got preg cuz my husband doesnt have them could i have gotten them before and they just never outbroke till now also this may sound dumb but could i have gotten them from getting the guardicell shot because i got that shot before i ever became sexually active and i know if i get the flu shot right after i get really sick with the flu.thanks!!
