What Causes Goosebumps On Head Along With Headaches?

Hi I occasionally get goosebumps only on one side of my head & same side extremities. Had them on & off for months past 3 yrs then they stopped this past yr but have come back. I ve also had severe headaches past 3 weeks(I don t normally get any type of headaches). I m always off balance & drop stuff all the time. I am diagnosed with fibro but thinking there s something more. Help Thanks
