What Causes Gradual Rise In Urine Albumin Level?

Hi,

My current age is 58 years. I am a diabetic patient for the last 33 years.
My creatine is in the range of1.1-1.2 for the last 8 years.
And my urine microalbumin test showed 30 in 2012..and now it shows 70..(sorry I dont remember the unit like ml)

can I know what can we infer from the the above details..
