What Causes Graves Disease To Aggravate After Thyroidectomy ?

I had a thyroidectomy 3 months ago. My graves disease has gotten worse since. I m seeing an Endo, but I m not seeing results. I was told to stay away from caffiene, chocolate and seafood. I m trying to do all the right things. But the graves is really getting worse. I m not a smoker, and I m not around people that smoke. Any ideas??
