What Causes Gray Rash On Inner Thighs?

I have a strange thing going on on my inner thighs... Kind of a grayish "rash". They are circular, flat and scaley and some are joined up to make a bigger patch. They itch when I've been sweaty and after bathing. If I pull the skin in those areas tight the whole skin looks blue. Please help!
