What Causes Green Coloured Mucus Stools Along With Traces Of Blood?

I came down with the diarrhea last Saturday. It lasted 2 days. Horrible stomach pain and when I wasn t passing a large amount there would be very little blood in the diarrhea. 4 days later, bowel free, I pass some soft stool then diarrhea and noticed mucusy bowels and a little bit if blood. The stool color was greenish brown. What is going on?
