What Causes Green Coloured Sticky Stools In An Infant?

hello Doctor, My girl baby is 7 month old and she is having slimmy and sticky stool but no blood in it. It is sometimes green and some times yellow in color, she is also having fever. My doctor have adviced to take Taxim o twice and econorm twice daily for 7 days, My query is is it safe for me to give taxim o , an antibiotics to my kid? I was giving NAN2 and cerelac(3 times) through out the day and at night 2 to 3 times feeding on mother milk. Kindly let me know how can i help my child. she has become cranky and not even drinking milk properly
