What Causes Green Coloured Stools Along With Pus Cells In Bowels Of An Infant?

Hi my 4months old son is passing semisolid green stools 4 to5 times a day doctor has done stool analysis test results shows plenty of pus cells in stool he suggested amaikacin injection for three days daily one and colistin enterogermina zinc medicaton please help me why it is happening
