What Causes Green Specks In Nasal Mucus Of A Child?

Hi. My little girl is 9 months old. She was sick last night twice and she has been having runny poos. And they contain stringy bits in there and it s yellow and then green. I m going to take her the doctors tomorrow but I was wondering if I have anything to worry about ? Thank you.
