What Causes Green Stools In An Infant?

Hi Doctor, Hope you are doing well.
I would like to have your advice ......
we have 8 months old baby girl. She is facing loose motion problem from last 4 days (4-5 times in a day). It's slightly greenish in color.
I am breast feeding her and giving home made food and not giving any outside food.
What could be the reason for loose motion and how can it be stopped?
Please advise.
