What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge After A Cyst Burst?

I have a 14year old Virgin with history of Hemrotic cyst. She recently had a cyst burst she had sevre pain for days, Ct confirmed free fluid from rupture. She bleed hevay for 6 days she now has a Green mucus discharge she states is same in amount as a period. What could this be??
