What Causes Green Vaginal Discharge,back Pain And Stomach Ache?

i am having green blood when having my period and i have backache and stomach ache i had to have a op for fused labia when i was younger and i am worried that blood is not coming out properly and has caused an infection but cant understand why now as been having periods for about 3 years without any problems what could it be
